Response Management through Partners (RMtP) Program:
RMtP Overview
  
The Response Management through Partner (RMtP) system provides Gold Certified and Certified Partners swift assistance in resolving customer and partner issues. Through a Web-based tool, partners can submit issues that will routed to the Response Management team who will work with the network of subject matter experts to provide resolutions.

How It Works
  
Once partners submit an issue, Microsoft's Response Management Team will respond within one business day with a brief update and will work to resolve the issue. A final response or status update will be provided within the next three business days. Although not all issues are resolvable, we are able to address most to the satisfaction of our customers and partners.

The tool can also be used to provide feedback that requires no response. These comments will be immediately directed to the appropriate contact at Microsoft to help improve future programs, policies, and products.
When to Use the RMtP Tool
  
The RmtP system offers a secure, confidential escalation process that complements primary response channels such as Regional Services Center(RSC) and other phone-based care systems. If these channels fail to offer satisfactory results or cannot resolve an issue, partners can turn to the RMtP tool to submit issues on behalf of your company or your customers.
Examples of Issues to Submit to the RMtP Tool
  
Product Feedback: Indicate feedback on product functionality that negatively impacts productivity, or suggest new product features.
Licensing: Report issues with Microsoft's current licensing policies and practices.
Sales and marketing: Express concerns about a particular sales or marketing campaign.
Account management: Share concerns about your account management team.
