All Microsoft products are critically linked to account managers in Worldwide Operations. These professionals see to it that products get to the right place on the right day and in the right quantity.

Account managers forge strong alliances between Microsoft and its various vendors, partners, suppliers, and customers worldwide. They nurture overall operational relationships and act as the single point of contact for all operational initiatives, issues, metrics, and execution for Microsoft products.

The key emphasis is forecasting and inventory management throughout the life stages of a given product, from launch to replenishment to end of life. The objective is to provide our customers with the right product, in the right location, on the right date, at the agreed-to price. We look for proven account management experience and familiarity with inventory management, forecasting, customer service, vendor management, supply-chain logistics, retail operations, program or project management, or process reengineering.
