 | Enabling Systems That Enable Us The people in Microsoft's Global Operations & Technology Group are the technologists behind Microsoft. They drive the systems and services that enable the company's 50,000 employees to do their best, in facilities spanning 70 countries.
This group makes the company run, from network login to internal business applications to infrastructure. It designs, deploys, manages, troubleshoots, and supports Microsoft's extensive IT infrastructure using "bleeding-edge" technologies and products.
The challenges don't stop there. Before rolling out new Microsoft technology and products to the world, this group deploys and supports them internally. That means Microsoft IT personnel are responsible for driving the newest of the new: pre-beta systems the rest of the world hasn't seen yet. They then deliver critical feedback to the product teams to help maximize product quality before release to our customers.
We look for the ability to engage in complex IT situations with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for driving the newest technologies.
