This important sales group oversees Microsoft's growing number of small to medium-size business-customer accounts (defined as 5,000 employees or less). The team is divided into two core areas, U.S. and International. Each team member faces a challenging task: show this majority of the world's businesses how Microsoft products and services can help them realize their full potential.

These sales professionals are tech-savvy experts with solid communications skills. They don't just sell products to their customers, they educate as well, producing and running such programs as Microsoft Big Day events, the popular grassroots how-to seminars that Microsoft presents to local business communities.

Business Development Manager
Works with CIOs, CFOs, and other high-level decision-makers to identify opportunities and gain licensing commitments and other on-site involvement within industry verticals.

Technology Specialists
Provides pre-sales technical and architectural support to small and medium-size business-customer accounts.
